1. Competition is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
2. All entries must be done in pencil. any other media is not allowed.

4. A high resolution-scanned-copy of the drawing, full name of artist, address, phone number and address must be submitted to: dan@manoartshows.com
5. Winner is determined by Pencil Wars and Velocity Screen Print n ATL
